Sales Representative
Casco Bay Cleaning Services is looking for a tech-savvy, high-energy Sales Representative to drive growth in their facilities maintenance and janitorial services business. The role involves developing new business relationships and leveraging digital tools to provide tailored cleaning solutions for high-value commercial clients.

Responsibilities
Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital networking tools to identify and engage decision-makers across various sectors (Healthcare, Education, Industrial, and Class-A Offices)
Actively generate leads and manage a territory that spans from Greater Portland down through the Southern NH and Boston corridors
Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to understand client needs and prepare precise pricing estimates and proposals
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions to ensure data-driven decision-making
Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or outside field sales
Experience in janitorial, building maintenance, or environmental services is highly preferred but not required for a high-performing tech-savvy candidate
Highly proficient with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Track record of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools to generate business
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to 'speak the language' of property managers and facility directors
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally (daily travel within ~90 minutes of the hub)
Enjoy being on the road at least 3 days per week
A self-motivated 'hunter' mentality with a desire to hit and exceed OTE targets
