Responsibilities
Prepare NAV and P&L data for funds
Maintain and review the books and records of the Funds and assigned clients
Analyze any margin requirements and respond to margin calls for entities under their responsibility
Reconcile positions and cash positions to the Funds’/Clients’ brokers and/or counterparties
Calculate and verify management and, if applicable, incentive fees
Prepare monthly valuations for the Funds’ portfolios and review investor capital allocations
Prepare financial statements and audit schedules for assigned Funds
Participate in monitoring all investments and analyze the related performance
Coordinate tax information for the preparation of income tax returns by outside advisors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in finance or accounting
2+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, a Hedge Fund or Big 4 covering Alternative investments space
Strong MS Office Skills including Excel
