OSI Project Manager
The Ohio State University is seeking an OSI Project Manager to support innovation and operational excellence within the Graduate School. This role involves managing data and technology-related projects, championing process improvements, and serving as a bridge between stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities
Supports innovation and operational excellence within the Graduate School, coordinating projects and operations focused on enhancing graduate student success
Manages the intake, execution, and delivery of data and technology-related projects
Champions process improvements and serves as a bridge between stakeholders, technology partners, and leadership
Works across the Graduate School and its interdisciplinary graduate programs (IGPs) to align with stakeholder needs and timelines
Liaisons with OTDI, Institutional Research and Planning, and other university units to maintain communications and support continuous progress on joint efforts
Leads efforts to promote the graduate survey (SERU) and supports the follow-through on university implementation of actions to support students
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2 years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of higher education student business processes
Proven experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and delivering results in complex environments
Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship management skills, and organizational skills
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting
Track record of improving processes and outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
Experience leading change management initiatives and supporting diverse teams
Experience that demonstrates attention to detail and ability to thrive in deadline driven situations
