Interpreting CAD models and blueprints
Creating programs for all types of CNC machines
Setting up the machines efficiently
Testing the programs
Making adjustments to ensure high-quality parts are produced efficiently
Maintaining equipment
Troubleshooting any issues that arise

Required

At least 4-6 yrs of qualified CNC Programming experience
Great communication skills
The ability to take direction and work well with others
Attention to detail and quality
Seeks solutions to keep an on time machine and the willingness to work until the job is completed
Familiar with different programming software and controls, such as: Cimatron, Work NC, Centurion, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Heidenhain
The ability to use multiple machine centers, such as: Mitsubishi, Milltronics, Creative Evolution, Toshiba, Promac

Preferred

CNC programming: 4 years
Mold Making Industry: 4 years
Trade: 4 years
