Responsibilities

Triage and resolve customer tickets in collaboration with the team

Remotely monitor and investigate the performance of various products

Perform system updates and configuration changes to ensure optimal product functionality

Communicate effectively with customers and internal project managers to explain issues and solutions

Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions

Required

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience

Python scripting (secondary priority)

Troubleshooting connectivity and networking issues

Experience with wireless communication technologies

Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark

Strong verbal and written communication

Comfortable interacting directly with customers and internal stakeholders
