Responsibilities
Develop and enhance SQL stored procedures, queries, and database objects
Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SSIS
Perform SQL performance tuning (execution plans, query optimization)
Convert manual/Excel-based data processes into automated SSIS workflows
Support and improve SQL development lifecycle processes (code reviews, promotions)
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and QA validations
Produce clear technical documentation (requirements, process flows, data mappings)
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders while working independently when required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SQL database development & programming
3+ years in QA / testing roles
Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Experience writing technical documentation (requirements, process maps, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools
Knowledge of data governance best practices
Background in investment or financial services
