10+ years of overall professional experience in data, analytics, or BI environments
5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard and report development
5+ years of experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
5+ years of expertise with T-SQL and BI/ETL tools such as SSRS, SSIS, or Talend
Strong experience debugging and improving SQL query performance
Proven experience deploying SSIS packages using Git, managing environment variables, and scheduling jobs via SQL Server Agent
Solid understanding of Transact-SQL and stored procedures
Experience creating, deploying, and maintaining Talend reports
Hands-on experience with code version control tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS)
