Generate qualified virtual sales tours through high-volume outbound calling
Engage owners and prospective guests with confident, value-focused communication
Promote Vacatia’s points-based ownership program and incentives
Apply proven telesales techniques to maximize booking conversions
Maintain accurate CRM documentation to support pipeline health
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Marketing Executive within the Vacation Ownership industry
Proven ability to make 75–100 outbound calls per day
Strong persuasion skills and comfort closing over the phone
Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently
CRM or call-center system proficiency
