Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, establish hiring processes, and foster an inclusive culture with technical growth opportunities
Define technical vision, OEM strategies, and ensure the delivery of high quality and reliable equipment/products
Develop and oversee budgets and timelines to ensure capital projects are delivered on time and within scope
Develop and implement engineering solutions and processes to improve quality and efficiency, including setting standard practices
Work with Heads of operations, product management, and NA leadership to align engineering resources with overall business objectives

Required

At least 10 years of manufacturing experience
At least 5 years of manufacturing managerial experience
Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical engineering degree or related field

Food packaging experience is preferred
