Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development within the Service Experience Value Stream
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Architect and optimize Salesforce solutions for scalability, security, and performance
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure optimal performance
Drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices
Stay current with Salesforce features and emerging technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years in Salesforce development and administration
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
Skilled in API integrations and declarative tools (Flows, AppExchange)
Agile methodology experience; JIRA proficiency
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, and GenAI preferred
Familiarity with ReactJS, JavaScript, SLDS, and cloud platforms (AWS/S3)
