Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Design, and Customer teams to define a technical roadmap that balances speed to market for new features with long-term codebase stewardship
Act as a strong customer to our platform teams, leveraging existing capabilities and sharing financial customer needs to inform platform roadmap decisions
Build high-impact platform enhancements that deliver value to our customer segment
Collaborate with engineering leadership to make Watershed a productive, innovative, and impactful place for engineers to do their best work

Required

8+ years of engineering experience
Experience building user-facing applications with attention to usability, performance, and scale

Experience leading high-performing engineering teams
This role is based in our San Francisco office
Candidates must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for roles designated as remote)
