Help at Home is the leading national provider of in-home personal care services, and they are seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for their office in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will partner closely with local operations to identify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Build applicant pools through outreach to community organizations, schools, and hiring events
Screen and interview candidates; extend offers to qualified applicants
Complete onboarding tasks including background checks, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork
Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure compliance and a strong first impression
Lead two weekly New Hire Orientation sessions (one in English, one in Spanish)
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support reputation efforts by encouraging reviews from new hires
Track and report hiring metrics for assigned locations

Required

Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience in high-volume recruiting
Comfortable presenting and leading small groups (orientation sessions)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and access to reliable, insured transportation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
