Serve as primary client contact on estate planning and administration matters

Act as Responsible Attorney on most Trusts & Estates matters, overseeing strategy and execution

Lead and manage a team of associates and paralegals; delegate, review work, and ensure deadlines

Review billing, monitor receivables, and exercise sound financial judgment

Participate in business development, referrals, and networking efforts
