Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, particularly related to data integrations
Investigate, manage, and resolve ServiceNow tickets
Support and execute special projects related to benefits and retirement
Pull reports and perform audit and reconciliation activities
Assist with 401(k) loan clean-up and retirement-related tasks
Provide functional support for benefits and retirement processes within HRIS systems
Qualification
Required
Workday experience (Required)
Strong Benefits administration experience
Experience working with HRIS / HR systems
Ability to analyze data, run reports, and support audits
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Retirement experience (highly preferred)
Experience supporting 401(k), retirement plans, or related integrations
Prior experience working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
