Administrative Assistant Event Coordinator
Masis Professional Group is seeking an Administrative/Event Support professional for their fast-paced Boston office. The role involves providing administrative support, managing events from concept to completion, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team including phone support, calendar management, meeting coordination, and material preparation
Plan and organize events from concept through completion
Coordinate with the venue, handle catering, track expenses/budgets, and manage vendors
Meet with senior staff to discuss proposals
Qualification
Required
Administrative/Event Support role for an individual to work at a fast-paced Boston office
Must have strong technical skills including Excel
Provide administrative support to the team which includes phone support, calendar management, meeting coordination, and material preparation
Responsible for planning and organizing events from concept through completion
Proven experience coordinating events or projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of related experience or more
