Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Catalyst
Translate broker needs into clear product requirements, enhancements, and innovations
Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver impactful releases
Serve as the primary SME for Catalyst in internal strategy sessions, client meetings, and partner conversations
Lead and support product trainings, demos, and enablement for internal teams and external users
Gather and prioritize feedback from brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor adoption, usage, and market trends to continuously evolve the product
Represent Catalyst—and our company—as a thought leader in the insurance and benefits ecosystem

Required

A current or former employee benefits broker, Underwriter, or account manager with 5+ years of experience in benefits
Deep understanding of broker workflows, prospecting challenges, and the competitive landscape
Comfortable owning a product end-to-end and making strategic decisions
Confident communicator who can lead meetings, present to executives, and train diverse audiences
Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution
Passionate about innovation in the insurance and benefits industry
