We are seeking a Field Engineer to support client customer data centers by resolving hardware and infrastructure issues, requiring hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems and a strong understanding of data center operations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across IT infrastructure including client and multi-vendor enterprise systems, servers, storage, and networking

Perform rack and stack, hardware installations, disk drive and memory replacements, and hot swaps

Utilize software tools for daily operations and troubleshooting in a data center environment

Provide client-facing support with professionalism and technical expertise

Collaborate with team members during a 45–90 day training period; you will not be expected to work solo during this time

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a mailing address

MUST have experience doing memory dim replacements

2+ years of Break fix experience such as Installations, memory dim replacements, working with servers, routers, switches. Doing rack and stack + Hot swaps

CompTIA + certification

Previous work in a Data center

Hands on client/customer experience
