Maintain communication with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and quality
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Space Planning, Materials Selection, and Layout Design
Proficiency in designing, sourcing, and specifying Furniture, Fixtures, and Décor
Experience in managing Projects, Budgets, and Timelines with attention to detail
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and teamwork
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in residential or high-end interior design projects is a plus
Knowledge of local Houston design trends and resources is an advantage
