The role involves analyzing system and warehouse operations, developing performance improvement recommendations, and maintaining reports and databases to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
Analyze both system and warehouse operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and their root causes
Analyze, and create, reports to identify operational issues
Conduct ad hoc analyses on specific areas of the operation
Develop recommendations to improve performance
Provide information, data, analysis, and other reports to assist the VPSS in making business decisions related to the operation of the department
Monitor results of warehouse operation improvement initiatives
Maintain and publish standard reports for distribution
Maintain databases and develop daily/weekly/monthly metrics reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of business experience
Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers and contacts across multiple departments
Detail-oriented
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and handle all communication in a highly professional manner
Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must)
