The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, supporting product launches, and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and tracing shipments from contracted manufacturers to Field Operations
Daily reconciliation of shipments within Salesforce and NetSuite
Receiving procedures at owned facilities and tracking of subcomponents for refurbishment program
Creation of shipping documents (such as BOL’s and B13’s)
Support all product development logistics requirements as needed
Support RMA process
Support new product launches by assisting and coordinating samples and inbound inventory
Participate in A3’s or future process improvements for the department
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 to 4 years' experience in a logistics role with a history of being a team player, delivering results and wanting to succeed
Demonstrated solid judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to influence and work with others to ensure support for programs, projects, and initiatives
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
Possesses excellent communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience working with Netsuite, Oracle and 3rd party shipping systems is preferred
