Compunnel Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Technician (NOC) to provide 24x7x365 monitoring and support for enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. This role serves as the first point of contact for after-hours IT support, ensuring the continuous availability of critical business systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor IT systems (hardware, software, CPU, file systems)
Monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls
Monitor telecom systems
Oversee data center operations (Main Office, EMC, TLC)
Monitor batch processing and file system backups
Support SAP systems (CIS, FIS, HR, WMS, AMI)
Serve as first point of contact after hours, weekends, and holidays
Answer EIT support line (2020) and vendor calls
Escalate issues to support teams
Document incidents and resolutions
Coordinate with Production Control for critical alerts
Support scheduled outages and maintenance
Act as the central communication hub during outages
Prepare daily Morning Reports and Weekly Reports
Maintain NOC procedures and call duty rosters
Ensure 24x7x365 coverage

Required

Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks
Experience with system monitoring and incident response
SAP experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
Strong problem-solving and escalation skills
Ability to work independently under pressure
