Business Development Representative (BDR)
ScreenCloud is a company that helps businesses improve communication with their digital signage platform. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate leads and build a strong foundation in tech sales.
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers who could benefit from our digital signage platform
Outreach: Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to introduce ScreenCloud and set up discovery meetings
Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to understand a prospect's needs and determine if they're a good fit for our solution
Pipeline Management: Log all activities and maintain accurate information in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Collaboration: Work closely with our Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
Learning & Growth: Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve your sales skills and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (or a recent college graduate with relevant internships)
High energy and a resilient attitude—you don't shy away from a challenge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Based in Charlotte, NC with the ability to be in the office two days a week
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
