Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and ERP technology
Analyze, document, and improve business processes supported by Syteline
Translate operational needs into functional and technical ERP requirements
Configure and enhance ERP modules supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations
Develop reporting and analytics that enable data-driven decisions
Support integrations between ERP and connected business systems
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and user adoption
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a business analysis capacity
Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline)
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain workflows
Proficiency with SQL for querying, reporting, and data validation
Experience building dashboards or reports using Power BI or similar tools
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline
