Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview workflows
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support candidate evaluations
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to department leaders
Provide insight on talent market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation trends
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
Engage passive candidates to support near-term and future hiring needs
Assist in refining recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
Track key recruiting metrics including pipeline activity and time-to-fill
Support the development of scalable recruiting infrastructure
Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions
Ensure timely communication, feedback, and follow-up
Support employer branding initiatives as needed

Required

3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, in-house, or professional services preferred)
Experience recruiting for Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Operations roles
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Experience supporting a growing or scaling organization strongly preferred
