Sales Enablement Advisor

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing guidance and coaching for customer-facing team
Inform decision making through actionable insights, trends, risks, and opportunities within the area of responsibility
Utilize data to identify gaps and provide personalized coaching to individual RMs and TMs
Promote a company-wide, customer-centric focus by ensuring all customer-facing teams are working toward the same goals and applying strategies and resources consistently
Cold call, email, and distribute physical mail to assigned physician targets
Nurture leads to secure time on their schedules
Maintain quality records of efforts and results
Manage meeting coordination and support, including customer-facing team calendar management, and accountability of customer-facing team execution
Responsible for delivery of virtual meeting content, interactions with physicians to obtain commitment to refer, and secure follow-up contact information
Manage post meeting follow up structure, nurturing physicians to first referral, ultimately transitioning physicians to the customer-facing team
Provide actionable insight, contributing to the continued development of the Sales Enablement program and goal achievement
Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
Execute and nurture custom campaigns as needed to support strategic initiatives identified by the customer-facing team
Document efforts in the Sales Enablement CRM
Schedule physician meetings via Microsoft Teams and ensure details are accurate (time zones, etc.)
Manage reminders for internal customers for upcoming physician meetings
Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation
Provide follow-up reporting as needed
Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline
Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years sales and/or sales operations experience
High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel and Power BI
Experience using a CRM to support sales efforts
Proven record of working effectively with sales teams
Ability to leverage data to support communication aligned with defined strategy
Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with sleep medicine and Power BI
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and vendors
Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
