Responsibilities
Develop and maintain fiber network engineering standards, design guidelines, and procedural documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks
Serve as SharePoint Administrator for engineering documentation and collaboration sites
Act as IQGeo Administrator, managing network design workflows, GIS data integrity, and user access
Provide ServiceNow troubleshooting for network-related incidents and workflow issues
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure adherence to standards
Support audits and quality checks for fiber builds and network expansions
Assist in training and onboarding for tools and processes related to standards and procedures
Qualification
Required
Telecom experience in OSP (Outside Plant)
Experience with large scale fiber deployments
Develop and maintain fiber network engineering standards
Develop design guidelines and procedural documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks
Serve as SharePoint Administrator for engineering documentation and collaboration sites
Act as IQGeo Administrator, managing network design workflows, GIS data integrity, and user access
Provide ServiceNow troubleshooting for network-related incidents and workflow issues
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure adherence to standards
