Responsibilities

Execute daily operational tasks related to trading partner management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Prioritize work effectively to ensure completion of assigned tasks within specified turnaround times and adhering to established goals
Comply with operational processes and standards to support business objectives and enhance partner relationships
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within trading partner operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to operational challenges
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members in trading partner operations
Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Required

0-2 years of experience in trading partner management, healthcare operations, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Familiarity with trading partner management processes or payer systems is a plus
