William Grant & Sons is seeking a Vice President to lead their supply chain efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing a robust supply chain strategy to support growth, while collaborating with key partners and overseeing inventory management across a network of warehouses.

Responsibilities

Define, develop and execute a first-class supply chain strategy that supports US growth across both WG&S and brands

Engage closely with key distributors, customers and suppliers to shape and deliver long-term supply chain plans

Create integrated solutions that drive efficiency across organizations, including co-packed products

Oversee inventory strategy and coordination across the US and a network of 22 warehouses, ensuring scale, service and cost effectiveness

Required

Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain, operations or a related function

Deep end to end supply chain expertise, including planning, logistics, distribution, inventory management and supplier/distributor collaboration

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, partnership and capability building within complex, matrixed organizations

Strong experience developing and executing long-term supply chain strategies that support growth across multiple brands and business models

Track record of engaging effectively with external partners, including distributors, customers and third-party suppliers

Experience managing large, multi-site and multi-warehouse networks and complex inventory footprints

Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
