Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, device imaging, deployment, and configuration
Familiarity with asset management practices, inventory control, and device setup
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and address end-user concerns
Prior experience in IT refresh or deployment projects preferred but not required. A certification in IT such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent is a plus
