Responsibilities
Own complex calendar management and scheduling for the CEO and CTO across internal and external stakeholders
Manage inbox triage and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring priorities are surfaced and nothing is missed
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership by proactively anticipating needs and managing logistics
Support special projects and time-sensitive requests as they arise
Assist with light office management and day-to-day operational coordination
Maintain composure under pressure while handling confidential and high-impact responsibilities
Enable executives to focus on building and scaling the business by seamlessly managing operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Ability to work onsite full-time in San Francisco (visa sponsorship not available)
