Project Manager

Responsibilities
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson
Department Reviews: Yearly department reviews (3-5 departments per year) as directed by SKMC Dean
Coordinate the yearly department reviews
Compose self-study guidelines (in conjunction with TJU Senior Vice Provost/SKMC Vice Dean of Faculty Affairs)
Attend all meetings
Compose guidelines for the committee report
Create/maintain canvas portal for each department
Coordinate external reviewers visits/compose all associated communication
Proof/edit draft copies of committee report
Maintain chair recommendations/action plans yearly until the next scheduled review
College Reviews: Yearly college reviews (2 colleges per year) as directed by TJU Provost
Coordinate 2 yearly college reviews
Compose self-study guidelines (in conjunction with TJU Vice Provost/SKMC Vice Dean of Faculty Affairs)
Attend all meetings
Compose guidelines for the committee report
Create/maintain canvas portal for each college
Coordinate external reviewers visits/compose all associated communication
Proof/edit draft copies of committee report
Maintain dean recommendations/action plans yearly until the next scheduled review
Facilities Coordinator for College/Curtis Buildings: Plan and coordinate new installations and renovations for College/Curtis Buildings
Includes allocating office space according to needs, design, IS&T, furniture, etc
Advises on projects related to renovations, construction, and upgrades. Often works with our Facilities department and outside contractors/vendors
Other projects: accept and manage other projects as assigned by the office of faculty affairs or office of the provost including other one time projects and ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5 plus years experience in academic institutions operations
Experience in educational or quality program review desired
