Responsibilities
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prorations, and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain general ledger accounts across cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accounts payable, and related areas
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
Partner with department leaders to support operating expense tracking, financial analysis, and decision-making
Provide financial support for new product initiatives, including business cases, project financials, and approval workflows
Manage expense tracking and headcount planning for development, marketing, and advertising initiatives
Track capital expenditures, update project tracking tools, and place assets into service as appropriate
Support monthly forecasts and annual planning processes, including system inputs for income statement and balance sheet
Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews, investigate variances, and follow up on unexpected costs
Lead and contribute to finance process improvements, standardization, automation, and reporting enhancements
Provide FP&A support to non-ERP entities while ensuring alignment with corporate finance processes
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with the ability to research and communicate accounting guidance
Advanced Excel skills with a strong attention to detail
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities
Experience or strong interest in process automation, scalable controls, and data visualization
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
