Responsibilities

Own estimation end-to-end, driving cost modeling across design, manufacturing, MEP fabrication, logistics, and on-site delivery

Implement tools, methodologies, and processes from the ground up, with full authority and executive visibility

Build a team as volume scales

Required

Proven senior-level experience in general construction estimation, with heavy MEP complexity (Data Center / Mission Critical experience strongly preferred)

Track record of leading RFI, bid, and proposal processes end-to-end

Strong command of subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and internal stakeholders

Ability to design and implement estimating processes, workflows, and software strategy

Experience with modular, prefabrication, or manufacturing environments is a strong plus

A hands-on leader who wants to build and scale a function, not just oversee one
