Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead construction delivery of biotech, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, and GMP facilities
Manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
Coordinate procurement, expediting, and logistics for specialized cleanroom systems
Oversee installation of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process components
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards, including inspections and documentation
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks related to contamination control, sequencing, and validation readiness
Oversee daily construction activities and site operations
Conduct regular site inspections for safety, quality, and compliance
Track progress, report status, and proactively resolve risks or delays

Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in biotech, pharma, or cleanroom construction
Strong track record delivering projects in regulated GMP environments
Deep understanding of cleanroom construction methodologies and sequencing
Experience with construction logistics, material control, and expediting
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
