Responsibilities

Works with unit leadership to formulate goals, initiatives, and plans to accomplish and maintain the FBI mission

Collaborates with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex problems

Supports end-users by resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner

Installs, configures, and troubleshoots Enterprise virtual and physical servers, software, and IT systems

Researches, analyzes, designs, implements, documents, and tests IT systems

Ensures compliance with security protocols during hardware and software maintenance

Provides recommendations to team and unit leadership regarding upgrades, configuration changes, system requirements, and new emerging technology

Monitors and supports contractor services
