Senior Administrative Analyst (Project)

Responsibilities
Coordinating, preparing, developing, and administrating complex reporting requirements for state and federal funding agencies
Gathering, tabulating, and analyzing data
Preparing and developing periodic financial reports and presentations on progress relating to the (CRP)
Monitoring performance and progress in executing goals and objectives
Select and supervise staff, provide training and development opportunities, ensure work is performed effectively, and evaluate performance in an objective and positive manner
Building and maintaining positive working relationships
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional administrative, analytical, and/or program management experience
Minimum of equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public or business administration or a related field
Experience in ensuring effective budget management, developing, tracking, forecasting, analysis and producing written reports
Experience in conducting surveys, performing research and statistical analysis on administrative, budgetary, and operational issues
