They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage full-cycle, high-volume, multi-currency AP processing for their U.S. and Canadian operations.

Responsibilities

Process high volume, multi-currency, full cycle Accounts Payables for US and Canada

Reviewing / matching invoices to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Pro-active follow up on registered and non-compliant invoices in a timely manner

Handles all internal and external inquiries with the ability to effectively communicate on all levels

Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and Accounts Payable files

Works closely with Finance and branch personnel to resolve issues and improve process flow

Reconciles all corporate credit card reports for accuracy and adherence to AAES T & E policy

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma

Three – five years high volume Accounts Payables experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines while working in a time sensitive environment

Proven strong customer focus with experience in a role working with multiple personalities

Self-motivated, problem solver, capable of managing multiple entities

Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude

Accuracy and attention to detail

High-energy, results-oriented approach with strong follow up skills

Ability to take direction well

Excellent verbal communication skills

Reliable and disciplined

Preferred

AA degree

Computer ability: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Accounts Payable Baan experience

Undergraduate degree (helpful, but not required)
