Responsibilities
Facilitate high-energy, interactive training sessions for groups of estimators, helping them master Trimble AutoBid through virtual and in-person instruction
Analyze client business goals to design and implement bespoke software setups that solve complex operational challenges
Guide mechanical and sheet metal contractors in integrating advanced estimating technology into their daily lives to maximize productivity
Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with development teams to provide feedback that shapes the future of AutoBid
Qualification
Required
You bring a proven track record as an estimator within the construction industry
You possess advanced proficiency in Trimble AutoBid Mechanical or Sheet Metal estimating software
You have 2+ years of experience leading classroom or technical training and can explain complex concepts to any audience
You have 2+ years of software consulting experience with a knack for analyzing business requirements
Preferred
A four-year degree in construction or engineering
Experience utilizing AI and modern productivity tools to enhance training delivery
Background as a certified journeyperson or technologist
