Act as a leader and driver, preparing, facilitating, and following up on requirements and project needs. Ensure all parties are held accountable and on track

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals. Coordinate with various teams across the organization to ensure successful project delivery

Understanding of enterprise technology and architecture to facilitate and translate conversations between business and technology teams. Break through barriers, identify potential risks, and align teams for action. Focus on data, processes, systems, and integrations, particularly in the context of sunsetting legacy systems

Leverage subject matter expertise to prioritize customer experience in all technical conversations. Facilitate discussions to eliminate barriers, identify potential risks, and align teams for action. Focus on data, systems, and integrations to enhance customer-facing processes and digital experiences, particularly in the context of transitioning from legacy systems

Understand current state processes, technology, and data. Partner with business leaders to identify areas for improvement and make process and technology recommendations

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize initiatives, and make trade-offs. Build strong relationships and ensure clear communication across the organization

Build and maintain roadmaps for sequencing and prioritizing work. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and business needs

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from staff to C-suite. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes

Mentor and provide guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
