Support attorneys with loan documents, UCC filings, lien searches, and payoff letters

Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis

Assist with real estate matters, acquisitions, dispositions, and loans leases

Manage case files and maintain organized documentation systems

Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, title companies, and government offices

Ensure accuracy and compliance with firm procedures

Prepare closing checklists, assemble closing binders, and manage estoppel requests
