Responsibilities
Handle W-2C corrections, including securely emailing or mailing documents to individuals
Monitor and manage multiple shared mailboxes, ensuring timely action on incoming requests
Perform electronic document organization and paper filing to support payroll-related tasks
Assist with tax setup and post-payroll cleanup, especially during peak workload periods
Engage in a variety of administrative tasks to support the payroll team beyond core processing
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to learn quickly through hands-on experience and adapt to new challenges
Background in accounting or finance is preferred, with relevant coursework or experience
Genuine interest in payroll or administrative finance work, with a desire to grow in this field
Open to early-career candidates or those seeking a foundational role to establish their career
