Responsibilities

Manages a team of supervisors in performing sortation systems acceptance testing and validate system performance in facilities

Provides field support for facility engineers and project managers to resolve sortation system performance issues with vendors

Works with vendors to develop new equipment and improve existing equipment

Trains, coaches, and develops direct reports to take on higher levels of responsibility

Develops project management plans and leads the implementation for basic projects of short duration requiring limited coordination and resources

Holds vendors and suppliers accountable for meeting system performance criteria

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience as Plant Engineering Manager or Supervisor with skills in Automated Sortation Systems in an automated hub

Ability to travel as needed
