Marketing Manager
U.S. Pest Protection is a family-owned pest control company that has served Middle Tennessee for over 40 years. The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing initiatives across all channels, including content creation, campaign management, and lead generation for the company's branches.

Responsibilities
Create and design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, door hangers, postcards, internal training and leave-behinds
Write compelling copy for print materials, email campaigns, and digital ads
Develop seasonal marketing campaigns (winter pest treatments, termite season, mosquito season, etc.)
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Create sales support materials for technicians and sales team
Photograph and document services for marketing use
Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile)
Create and schedule regular social media content
Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms
Manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns
Track digital marketing metrics and adjust campaigns for performance
Maintain and update company website content
Implement SEO best practices to improve local search visibility
Develop and maintain relationships with home builders, general contractors and other relative industries
Create customized marketing materials for partners
Coordinate industry referral appreciation events and lunch-and-learns
Build relationships with real estate agents and property managers
Track referral sources and report on partner-generated leads
Represent U.S. Pest at industry events, home shows, and community gatherings
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for customer retention
Create newsletters highlighting seasonal pest tips and company updates
Design and implement customer re-engagement campaigns
Manage email list segmentation and targeting
Track email performance metrics and optimize based on results
Execute direct mail campaigns targeting specific neighborhoods and demographics
Coordinate door-to-door marketing initiatives with field teams
Track lead sources and calculate marketing ROI
Manage marketing budget and report on spending versus results
Identify new marketing opportunities and test new channels
Protect and promote U.S. Pest Protection's brand identity and 40+ year reputation
Develop messaging that highlights our liquid termite treatment expertise
Solicit and manage customer testimonials and case studies
Coordinate community involvement and sponsorship opportunities
Ensure all marketing reflects our family-owned values and local roots
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Experience managing social media accounts for a business
Strong writing and copywriting skills
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)
Basic understanding of Google Ads and social media advertising
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Valid driver's license (some local travel required)
Portfolio or samples of previous marketing work
Preferred
Experience in home services, pest control, or similar industry
Experience with B2B marketing and partner development
Photography and video production skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation
Knowledge of local Middle Tennessee market
Experience marketing to builders and real estate professionals
