Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
Implement DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, ensuring security is integrated into every stage of the pipeline
Automate infrastructure provisioning for AWS and Genesys CX Cloud deployments
Manage and optimize pipelines and automation jobs
Collaborate with development teams to integrate code repositories and branching strategies
Utilize Forge or other relevant tools for deployment automation
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of CI/CD processes
Conduct vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and security audits within pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues across environments
Drive continuous improvement in automation, monitoring, and security posture
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.)
Experience with Genesys CX Cloud platform and integrations
Proficiency in Jenkins, Terraform, Bitbucket, and Forge
Solid understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, including secure coding and automated security testing
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.)
Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments
Certifications in AWS, DevOps, or Genesys CX Cloud are a plus
