They are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to handle daily billing tasks, support clients with insurance claims, and manage billing-related projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Submit initial, secondary and tertiary insurance claims daily for assigned clients

Send corrected claims when needed

Review and fix claim rejections

Work on ongoing claim submission and correction projects

Handle additional billing related projects as assigned

Qualification

Medical billing experienceAnalytical problem-solvingClear communicationOrganizational skillsSelf-starter

Required

At least 2 years of experience in medical billing (experience with substance abuse, mental health or ABA a plus)

Able to handle a fast-paced workload and shift priorities when needed

Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once

Analytical problem-solver who can stay focused when problems arise
