Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of complex Treasury products, including FTP, BAI, Positive Pay, and ACH
Ensure all Treasury Management agreements and legal documents are accurately completed and executed before implementation
Assist the Commercial Client Service Office with specialized projects and incremental workflows
Act as the dedicated liaison for internal commercial servicing teams and external Middle Market/Business Banking clients
Proactively manage expectations by responding to inquiries and issues with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
Advocate for the client when coordinating with internal technical experts to ensure a "continuation of care."
Identify and resolve system issues; track reported problems to suggest process or system improvements
Adhere to (and strive to improve) strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
Maintain strict adherence to BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC regulations, including reporting suspicious activity to the AML/BSA department
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of Commercial and Corporate Deposit Account types
Expertise in Treasury Management products, core banking systems, and online business platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Ability to handle complex assignments requiring sound judgment and mental alertness
High-level written and verbal skills necessary for interacting with both corporate clients and technical project teams
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of detail orientation
Minimum: High School diploma/GED with 1–3 years of banking experience (Customer Service or Treasury)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or experience working with specific verticals (Healthcare, Real Estate, Government, or C&I entities)
