This role oversees the remodel program for numerous stores, managing projects and ensuring alignment with business goals while acting as a liaison between operations and project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of the Remodel Program, overseeing multiple store projects annually and maintaining an active portfolio of ongoing remodels

Serve as the main point of contact for Operations leadership—ranging from Store Managers to Regional Vice Presidents—ensuring project alignment with business goals

Guide architects and civil engineers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for deliverables

Coordinate with internal business units to manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, and budget

Conduct hands-on data analysis and maintain direct communication with stakeholders across multiple, non-integrated systems

Act as the critical link between field teams, Home Office associates, and external professionals for Remodels and Special Projects nationwide

Influence and align diverse groups toward shared objectives, resolving complex issues with agility

Analyze cost, scheduling, and permitting challenges, and guide implementation strategies to meet evolving business needs

Ensure project readiness for permitting, bidding, and possession, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks

Maintain a standardized and balanced workload as project volume increases across business units

Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area
