Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
Manage patient scheduling efficiently, as well as provider and staff calendar
Handle human resources responsibilities such as onboarding, training & development, and payroll processing, as well as other HR related tasks
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and manage accounts receivables for the office in conjunction with billing
Maintains up to date credentialing for providers
Responsible for accurately coordinating surgical scheduling process in its entirety
Provide back up clerical support to include: medical records, managing multi-line phone systems, assisting patients regarding various issues and all front desk related responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in office management or administrative roles in a medical office setting with a focus on organizational skills and schedule management
Proficiency in electronic medical records, medical scheduling, reconciliation of accounts receivables, medical terminology, billing knowledge and management of payroll
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
