Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, maintaining high standards for error handling and data security
Manage and optimize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and sophisticated XSLT transformations
Oversee the full SDLC for integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support
Qualification
Required
Workday Integration or Studio Certification is highly preferred
Very good understanding of Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in the Bay Area to foster team collaboration and rapid decision-making
