Responsibilities
Welcoming guests with a big smile and a boatload of enthusiasm
Running tills in Admissions, Retail or Food & Beverage like a total pro
Helping guests find their perfect souvenir (did someone say shark socks?)
Keeping your area sparkling clean and well-stocked throughout the day
Following opening and closing procedures to keep everything running smoothly
Living and breathing the Merlin values – bringing energy and excitement to every shift
Qualification
Required
You love talking to people – guests, teammates, and even the occasional turtle
You're full of energy and ready to muck in wherever needed
Experience in retail, admissions or hospitality is great, but not essential – we'll teach you everything you need
A natural communicator who's cool under pressure and full of fun
You're available weekends and bank holidays – our sea creatures don't take days off!
